We've intentionally remained a lean and nimble outfit.

This allows us to quickly adapt to meet emerging client needs with care and nuance, while remaining principles-focused instead of profit-driven.

  • Working alongside funders grappling with complexity, I design and manage learning architecture and partnerships that listen carefully, build trust, value a plurality of perspectives, and inform strategic insight. Embracing the challenging nature of our work with humility and humor, we walk together on a journey that aims to shift resources, power, and systems toward justice and equity.

I advise a range of clients including philanthropic offices managing large portfolios as well as teams within governments, bilaterals, and multilateral agencies in over a dozen countries to critically engage with the fast-changing, unpredictable nature of their work.

  • Often described as a coach or therapist to social change organizations and leaders, I have spent considerable time inside philanthropy supporting senior leaders and boards to use and apply evidence and make tough decisions and embrace change.

I have led and advised on dozens of complete overhauls of strategy, monitoring and evaluation, and program practice for philanthropies and nonprofits ranging in size from $1M to $750M annually.

I use an outgoing personality and levity to educate and bring together data, purpose, and jargon-free language that enables changemakers to better describe and understand social impact.

We work collaboratively and pull from a wide bench of experts and
professionals in the field.
